Founded in 1976, VML is a family-run business that prides itself on excellent customer service and a commitment to quality.

Even from a young age, our founder Vincent Mifsud possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. Building on his passion for lighting and electrical installations, Vincent opened his own electrical and water fittings retail outlet on Fisherman Street, Marsa in 1976. The business later relocated to larger premises on Fleur-De-Lys Road, Birkirkara, from where it still operates today. Over the years, VML has grown to become one of the island’s most trusted manufacturers and suppliers of quality electrical, light, and water fittings.

Today, the next generation of the Mifsud family is following in Vincent’s footsteps to drive the business forward. Inspired by their father’s entrepreneurship, Stephen, Maria, and Nick Mifsud are actively diversifying the family business to offer services and solutions in a range of new sectors.

In 2019, VML launched its real estate arm, specialising in residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. The company owns and operates a growing portfolio of property, including well-appointed apartments and office spaces in the highly sought-after Fleur De Lys area code.

Renting and leasing of office machinery and equipment including computers, printers, sound equipment and audio visuals is also another service being provided within this company.
